Aspen

The Fat City Gallery Collection of Vintage Mining Maps were hand drawn on vellum by John H. Marks during the silver mining days of Aspen. Marks was a mining and civil engineer whose career can be traced back to Aspen, Colorado where he served as a U.S. Deputy Mineral Surveyor from 1888 to 1891. All the works in the "Aspen" collection are professionally conserved and presented with museum frames.
